How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 3 to 8 business days. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a SMS and email with the tracking AWB number once your order is dispatched. Click on that to check your package’s current location. 

During festive seasons or high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders in advance during peak periods.

We ship orders through reliable courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or sms. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Incorrect Address Or Address Change

Wrong address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be required to bear the re-shipping charges.

Change of address. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery if possible and inform our customer support immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence and appears damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear images of the damaged product and packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
